Bangkok - Fresh, Gigantic Seafood at J-Leab Seafood. Fresh and Juicy Mango desserts at MangoTango. P
I was lucky to have my Thai friend bring me to this local Thai Seafood restaurant which only the locals would have known. The seafood here are simply fresh and big! See how gigantic the river prawn is - it fills up my plate!

For the big chunks of fresh crab meat, you can have a choice of simply steaming it, so you can taste the freshness of the crab meat. You can also dip it in the chili sauces provided.
You can also request them to stir fry the crab meat in spicy sauce and it was also delightfully savory.
The fresh oysters are enormous. You can sprinkle it with some garlic and spring onions and slide it into your mouth.
I am still missing the seafood from this restaurant, especially the crab meat dishes which are fresh, tender, huge chunks and convenient to eat.

Besides the fresh seafood, another food you cannot miss while in Thailand is their fresh, sweet and juicy Mango.
Now you will see long queue snaking outside MangoTango. I remember there was no queue when i went few years ago. MangoTango has become very popular and currently has 3 branches in Thailand. The branch i went was in Siam Square.

Som Tam Nua is a restaurant you cannot miss while you are at Siam Square, and it has been a popular spot for tourists.
Our favorite finger food would be the fried chicken wings and the fried thai pork sausages.
